Login details or access instructions are sent to the customer by email or WhatsApp immediately after payment confirmation. Physical devices and accessories Where physical delivery is offered, the estimated delivery time and charges are shown during checkout or confirmed by support. Inspect the package according to the courier instructions and report visible issues promptly. Customer responsibility Provide a correct email address and WhatsApp number and remain available for delivery or verification. Delays caused by incorrect information or lack of response are not considered store delivery failures.
